High Street, Columbus, and handed a teller a note which stated that he would shoot her if she did not give him money. Although no weapon was observed, the teller complied and gave the robber money from her drawer. The robber took the money and fled the bank. Once outside, responding Columbus police officers observed the robber running from the scene and gave chase. Several citizens who witnessed the man running and the police giving chase assisted by pointing out where the robber had run between several houses and discarded most of the bank loot.
