On Friday, November 6, 2009 at approximately 4:15 pm, a man wearing a baby blue winter hat entered the Cooper State Bank, 3245 N. High Street, Columbus, and handed a teller a note stating he was robbing the bank and would kill the teller if she didn't cooperate.  Although no weapon was observed, the teller complied and gave the robber money from her drawer.  The robber took the money and fled the bank.  The robber was described as a black male, approximately 30's of age, 6'2", medium build, goatee and moustache, wearing a baby blue winter cap, cream colored sweater, blue pants, and black shoes. 


 


The robber has been identified as Anthony Sullivan. 

The Public Eyes organization pays rewards to individuals who provide tip information leading to the identification and arrest of the person or persons responsible for committing central Ohio bank robberies. Persons wishing to submit a tip via email or telephone are not required to furnish any personal or identifying information, however if you wish to be considered for a reward through the Public Eyes organization, you will need to furnish your true name and contact info so that investigators will be able to contact you for additional information if needed as well as verify your identity. All reasonable efforts will be made by law enforcement investigators and the Public Eyes organization to keep your identity confidential. Regardless of whether you submit a tip anonymously or otherwise, if submitting a tip via email, you must complete the security box verifying the letters as shown so that the email message will be deemed authentic and pass through the server.
