At approximately 1519 hrs. of 02-03-14, a black male entered the Farmers Citizens Bank located at 5858 North High St., Worthington, Ohio. The suspect produced a handgun and demanded money from the tellers. The tellers complied and gave the robber money. The suspect fled the rear of the bank on foot. The robber is described as a black male, 25-30 yoa, 160-180 lbs., wearing a dark cap with side flaps, dark scarf, black jacket, tan/light colored pants, dark blue or black athletic shoes. Suspect is believed to be the Buckeye Bandit.
The Public Eyes organization pays rewards to individuals who provide tip information leading to the identification and arrest of the person or persons responsible for committing central Ohio bank robberies.
