On 11-21-2012 at 3:50 PM a M/W entered the 5/3 Bank 7980 E. Broad St and handed the clerk a note that he had a gun. The clerk placed an undisclosed amount of money in a plastic bag along with a dye pack. The suspect fled the bank and the dye pack exploded in the parking lot. The suspect dropped the bag and fled on foot. No apps were made. No gun was seen just implied. Suspect: M/W, 50’s, 6’00”, 190, reading glasses, charcoal gray beanie rolled up in front, green sweater, dirty looking appearance.
The Public Eyes organization pays rewards to individuals who provide tip information leading to the identification and arrest of the person or persons responsible for committing central Ohio bank robberies. Persons wishing to submit a tip via email or telephone are not required to furnish any personal or identifying information, however if you wish to be considered for a reward through the Public Eyes organization, you will need to furnish your true name and contact info so that investigators will be able to contact you for additional information if needed as well as verify your identity. All reasonable efforts will be made by law enforcement investigators and the Public Eyes organization to keep your identity confidential. Regardless of whether you submit a tip anonymously or otherwise, if submitting a tip via email, you must complete the security box verifying the letters as shown so that the email message will be deemed authentic and pass through the server.
