| Description: | On January 13, 2009 at approximately 10:15 am, a woman entered the Kroger Store, located at 3600 Soldano Blvd., Columbus, and walked up to the Fifth Third Bank branch located inside and waited in line. When it was her turn, the woman approached a bank teller and handed her a note, which stated that she was robbing the bank, and if the teller didn't cooperate, a bomb would be detonated that had been placed inside a trash can nearby. The teller complied and gave the robber money from her drawer. The robber took the money, placed it into a large purse she carried into the store with her, and fled the bank. The robber was described as a black female, approximately late 20's to early 30's of age, 5'9-6'0", medium build, wearing a bright red jacket, blue jeans, and brown shoes. |

Regardless of whether you submit a tip anonymously or otherwise, if submitting a tip via email, you must complete the security box verifying the letters as shown so that the email message will be deemed authentic and pass through the server.
