| Description: | On January 29, 2009 at approximately 1:26 pm, a man entered the Heartland Bank, 130 N. Wilson Avenue, Columbus, and passed a note to a teller indicating that he had a weapon and wanted money. The man kept his hand in his jacket pocket as if he had one. Although no weapon was actually observed, the teller complied and gave the robber a small amount of money from her drawer. The robber took the money and fled the bank. The robber was described as a white male, approximately mid-20's to 30's of age, 5'9", thin build, slight goatee and moustache, wearing a grayish colored toboggan hat, glasses, black hooded jacket, blue jeans, and dark shoes.

The Public Eyes organization pays rewards to individuals who provide tip information leading to the identification and arrest of the person or persons responsible for committing central Ohio bank robberies.
