On June 11, 2014 a male white suspect entered the Key Bank at 2130 Hilliard Rome Rd. He handed the teller a note that demanded cash. The teller surrendered cash an undetermined amount of cash. The suspect is described as M/W 24 to 26 years old, 5’10″ tall and 190 pounds. He was wearing a green hooded jacket and black ball cap. Update – The robber has been identified as Joshua Slye.
The Public Eyes organization pays rewards to individuals who provide tip information leading to the identification and arrest of the person or persons responsible for committing central Ohio bank robberies. Persons wishing to submit a tip via email or telephone are not required to furnish any personal or identifying information, however if you wish to be considered for a reward through the Public Eyes organization, you will need to furnish your true name and contact info so that investigators will be able to contact you for additional information if needed as well as verify your identity. All reasonable efforts will be made by law enforcement investigators and the Public Eyes organization to keep your identity confidential.
