| Description: | On Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at approximately 5:50 pm, a man wearing a tan hooded jacket, baseball cap, and aviator-type sunglasses entered the National City Bank, 763 Neil Avenue, Columbus, and walked up to the counter where he pointed a semi-automatic pistol at an employee and demanded cash. The employee removed money from the drawer, including a dye-pack, and handed it to the robber. The robber took the money and dye-pack and fled the bank. The robber was described as a white male, approximately 20's-30's of age, 6'0", medium build, wearing a tan jacket with the hood up, baseball cap, aviator sunglasses, blue jeans, and grey tennis shoes. The robber has been identified as Lewis E. Herman, III. |
