| Description: | On Friday, January 2, 2009, at approximately 12:55 pm, a man entered the National City Bank, 2500 Stringtown Road, Grove City, Ohio and after waiting in line, showed a robbery note to a teller demanding money. Although no weapon was observed, the teller complied and gave the robber money from her drawer. The robber took the money and fled the bank. The robber was described as a white male, approximately 40's-50's of age, 5'6", medium build, wearing a grey toboggan hat, dark scarf around his neck, and grey OSU sweatshirt. The robber has been identified as Mark D. Jones. |
The Public Eyes organization pays rewards to individuals who provide tip information leading to the identification and arrest of the person or persons responsible for committing central Ohio bank robberies.
