| Description: | On March 2, 2009, at approximately 9:04 am, a man entered the National City Bank, 2700 Cleveland Avenue, Columbus, and was observed writing on a deposit slip at a counter in the lobby. The man then stood in line, letting several customers go in front of him, before finally approaching a bank teller where he handed her a note which stated that he was robbing the bank and wanted money. The robber told the teller that he had a gun and would shoot if she did not comply. Although no weapon was observed, the teller reached into her drawer and removed money and handed it to the robber. The robber took the money and fled the bank in a southbound direction. The robber was described as a black male, approximately 30's of age, 6'0", thin build, dark yellow New York Yankees baseball cap, dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, and white tennis shoes. The robber has been identified as Anthony L. Dunn. |
