Description:

On January 24, 2012, at approximately 1:19 pm, a man wearing his hoodie up over a baseball cap entered the PNC Bank, 4650 Hilliard Cemetery Road, in Hilliard, and as he approached a teller, was told by employees to take his hoodie down and baseball cap off.  The man reached for his head to do as he was told, but after thinking for a moment, said he was “too cold.”  He then held up a note stating that he was robbing the bank and wanted cash.  Although no weapon was observed, the teller complied and gave the man money from her drawer.  The robber took the cash and exited the bank, walking westbound out of sight.  The robber was described as a white male, approximately 30’s of age, 5’9”, medium build, scruffy light-brown facial hair, wearing a grey hoodie with the hood up over a white baseball cap, blue jeans, and black shoes.
