| Description: | On Monday, June 21, 2010, at approximately 2:55 pm, a man wearing a dark baseball cap and a dark, long-sleeve shirt which read “Double-Trouble,” entered the PNC Bank, 2700 Cleveland Avenue, Columbus, and handed a teller a note which stated that he was robbing the bank and would kill the teller if she did not give him money. Although no weapon was observed, the teller complied and gave the robber a very small amount of cash, plus a dye-pack. The robber took the money and dye-pack and fled the bank. Once outside, the man ran across Cleveland Avenue where witnesses saw the dye-pack explode, causing the robber to drop almost all of the money. The robber took off running out of sight before police officers arrived. The robber was described as a black male, approximately 20’s-30’s of age, 5’11”, slim build, slight goatee and moustache, wearing a dark baseball cap, dark, long-sleeve shirt that said “Double-Trouble,” blue jean shorts with an eagle design on the back pockets, and white tennis shoes. The robber has been identified as Charles J. Bell, Jr. |
