On July 7, 2017 at approximately 4.57pm, an unknown male suspect walked into the PNC Bank located at 155 E. Broad Street and approached the front counter. The suspect presented a note demanding the money from the bank. The teller complied and the male fled running south on S. 4th Street. The suspect was described as: Male black, 5’8-5’10, 170-180lbs, 50-60 years old, bald with a slightly gray goatee, wearing a blue and white golf shirt, black sunglasses, blue jeans, and grey tennis shoes. Update – The robber has been identified as Anthony Ayers.

The Public Eyes organization pays rewards to individuals who provide tip information leading to the identification and arrest of the person or persons responsible for committing central Ohio bank robberies.
