The Upper Arlington Police Division is investigating a reported robbery occurring at approximately 4:30 p.m. on December 10, 2013 at The Arlington Bank, 2130 Tremont Center Upper Arlington, Ohio.  On Tuesday afternoon an unidentified male entered the bank, approached the counter and displayed a demand note to the teller.  The suspect fled the area on foot after obtaining an unknown amount of money.  The suspect is described as a male white, 20-30, 6’0”- 6’3” tall; medium build, dark hair with a mustache and goatee, wearing jeans, green turtleneck, brown jacket, a red white and black Ohio State knit hat, and white gloves that had red palms and a black “Block O” on the back of each hand.  No one was injured during the incident.  The robber has been identified as Michael Hay.  He has been identified as the robber in eight Ohio bank robberies.

The Public Eyes organization pays rewards to individuals who provide tip information leading to the identification and arrest of the person or persons responsible for committing central Ohio bank robberies.
