On February 11, 2014, at approximately 9:09 am, a suspect entered the US Bank, 5020 N. High St. The suspect approached a bank employee, produced a handgun and ordered the employee to get the tellers to give the money in their registers to him. The tellers complied and surrendered an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect was last seen quickly exiting the rear of the bank and walking eastbound through the bank parking lot. The suspect was described as a black, male, 5’10 – 6′, approximately 150 lbs., slender build, wearing a black scarf around his face covering his mouth and nose, a black hat and a black pea coat. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the Columbus Police Robbery Unit at 614-645-4665.
